At EPITOME, every product undergoes careful inspection before dispatch.

Refund Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds once an order has been successfully delivered.

Returns

Eligible returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused.
  • The item is unworn.
  • Original tags are attached.
  • Original packaging is intact.
  • The product passes our quality inspection.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as EPITOME Store Credit, which can be used toward future purchases.

Size Exchange

Need a different size?

We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.

Products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used products
  • Damaged products caused by customers
  • Customized products
  • Final sale items
